Narottam C Sharma, son of Late Shree Chittranjan Sharma(sculptor of Powai) is a leading name in Powai (Hill station of Mumbai). NCS belongs to a respected family hailing from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
My forefathers owned the Powai Estate in early 50s. As innovators and pioneers of the area our family is filled with strong values, principals and ethics. We use our wealth for social causes and upliftment of the downtrodden. Late Shri Chittranjan Chandrabhan Sharma and his grandfather Pandit Shri Chandrabhan B Sharma were involved in various patriotic movements. Throughout their lifespan they remained associated with various movements of national importance. Their entire demeanour remained imbued with thoughts of social upliftment and service to humanity. Many trusts have been formed which played their part in doing the service of the society and are still active thus keeping spirit of legacy alive.
I am the second son of Late Shri Chittaranjan C Sharma. I wasn’t keen on taking up my father’s Empire, although he had high hopes for me. A few words my father spoke at a conference, changed my mind and thus made a way ahead to continue the Sharma Legacy.

NCS then embarked onto this journey with his father from 1977. Narottam has effectively managed the Company Bharat Developers and later Bahupriya Properties Pvt. Ltd formed by his father in 1994. Under these banners various projects have been successfully established into construction activities.
In the year 2007 SUPERSTAR BUILDERS, a sister concern to Bahupriya was founded. The company proved itself as one of the best builders & developers in Powai engaged in restructuring and fortifying development tasks. Superstar is committed to design and construct quality buildings in the time specified to its clients. Superstar Builders has a broad vision which is the secret of its success. Having nearly 35 years of knowledge and experience Narottam has developed all the skills needed in the design and the construction of such facilities guaranteeing good living standards at moderate cost for his residents. There are a few likeminded people with him in the companywith whom he keeps sharing and parting hisskills and knowledge and they strongly believes in his vision. As generals of an able king, Narottam and the few people he imparts his skill onto, are marching ahead to explore pastures beyond the empire of residential buildings.
Narottam Sharma Group ( NSG ) was formed in the year 2015 by Narottam C Sharma. NCS is aiming to take ahead his ancestors legacy to the pinnacle of success, to be known as a BUILDER par excellence. The umbrella brand NSG has various baby companies beneath it spanning over four decades; it’s my vision that has translated wishes of millions into realty. While building and construction has been the core activity for the company, quality and innovation has by far been the soul for all my projects.
